2. Adjusting brakes and gears
3. Safety checking all components

Join others in discovering new cycle routes around Darlington with the Intermediate Guided rides. The rides are designed to help you gain confidence in cycling, learn how to keep your bike safe on different roads, discover new areas, build fitness and meet new people!
Bring your own bike or use one of the 10 good quality bikes and helmets provided by TeesValley Active Travel Hub if you don’t have your own.
