Cycling to work instead of driving means fewer carbon emissions and less tyre pollution in our waterways.<\/p>\n
Walking with a reusable water bottle and cloth bag helps avoid plastic waste from bottles and packaging.<\/p>\n
Shopping locally by bike or foot reduces the need for plastic-heavy deliveries and packaging.<\/p>\n
